He is survived by: his children, Derrick Weaver and Tabitha Weaver; his daughter-in-law Kelli Weaver; his siblings, Sheila Comalander and Victor Weaver; and his niece Tash Wilson. He is also survived by six nephews, six nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522). A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Reed's Chapel Cemetery (5842 Topton Rd, McIntosh, AL 36553).
