She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Chadwick and Clara Bryant Chadwick; and her sister Norene Coggins. She is survived by: her niece Shannon Walker (Hank); her great-nephew Price Walker; her great-niece Karis Walker; and her husband Howard E Smith.
