She is survived by: her children, María Elena Maciel (Rubén), Rebecca Maciel (Juan), Samuel Maciel (Olga), Martín Maciel (Edna), Mario Maciel (Anna), Carolina Maciel, Adalberto Maciel (Margarita), Antonio Maciel (Irene) and Maricela Viera Maciel. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
