She was predeceased by: her parent Mary Strickland; and her sisters, Shirley Strickland and Mary "Kat" Clinton. She is survived by: her husband Howard Barnett; her son Ronnie; her grandchildren, Dakota Spear, Jessica Dennis, Ciara Spear and Willa Carter; and her great grandchild Dalton Dennis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nephews and a niece.
