Bessie DeLoach Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bessie DeLoach of Clanton, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Bessie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bessie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lemay, Sr. and Alama Allen Lemay; her husband James "Junior" DeLoach; and her granddaughter Theresa Ann Mann. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Mann of Sharpsburg, Georgia; her granddaughter Holly Hand of Newnan, Georgia; and her brother John Lemay, Jr. of Lake Charles, Louisiana..
