He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas and Sandra; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Jada Hilyer; his children, Perry (Katie), Russell Hilyer (Bethany) and Erica Hilyer; his grandchildren, Amelia, Evelyn Hilyer and Grant Hilyer; his sister Robin Hilyer (William Price); and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
