She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnie Earl "B. E." Reeves and Mamie Reeves; her husband Jesse Charles Mims; her siblings, Jean Reeves Smith and Buddy Reeves; and her daughter-in-law Alicia Mims.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Mims and Karen Mims; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Mims Cullison, Matthew Mims and Erin Vansandt.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
