He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Dean McDaniel; his sons, Charles David McDaniel, Jr. (Tracy), Christopher Allen McDaniel and Jason Keith McDaniel (Lisa); his grandsons, Charles McDaniel, III and Michael McDaniel; his great grandchildren, Mason, Melanie and Allison McDaniel; and his siblings, Joe McDaniel (Johnnie), Eva Jacks (Allen) and Brenda Mims (Oscar). He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
