She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Adams and Faye Hedgepath; and her sister Cheryl Adams. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Hughes (Brian) of Shelby, Chassidy Polk of Foley and Trinity Polk of Clanton; and her brother Tommy Adams of Clanton. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren.
