He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Cooper DeRamus, Sr. and Sallie Pearl Vinzant DeRamus; his wife Dorothy "Dot" DeRamus; and his grandson Eric DeRamus Wood. He is survived by: his children, Sheila D. Wood, Kathy D. Zuelzke (Arthur C.) and Jeff C. DeRamus (Sandra). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
