He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Puckett of Clanton; his children, Rebecca Noto (Dominick) of Clanton and Michael Puckett of Clanton; his grandchildren, Lindsay Mims (Michael), Matthew Varden and Jodi Maddox (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Anthony Ellison (Madison), Brady Mims, Lucas Ellison, Breanna Mims, Maverick Mims, Dominick Mims, Cage Varden, Gracelyn Maddox, Barret Maddox and Clayton Maddox; and his brothers, William Puckett (Linda), Wayne Puckett (Linda) and Gene Puckett (Charlotte). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
