She was predeceased by: her mother Voncile Powell; and her siblings, Allen Mims and Joane Collins. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Bates (Cameron) of Clanton, Eric Cleckler (Chad McPherson) of Montgomery and Christy Foshee of Pell City; her grandchildren, Becca Connell of Maplesville, Cole Bates of Clanton and Kaylee Patterson of Birmingham; her great grandchildren, Brantley Connell, Carter Connell, Ahendrix Hall and Emberly Fancher; and her brother Alton Mims of Clanton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West End Baptist Church (2005 2nd Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the West End Baptist Church Building Fund 2005 2nd Ave. N. Clanton, AL 35045.
