He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Billingsley and Mildred Billingsley; and his brother Julius Clint Billingsley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Billingsley; his daughter Lisa Billingsley (Keith Jolley); his grandsons, Dustin Gray (Caroline) and Stetson Gray (Kelsea Barnett); his great grandchild Saylor Gray; and his brothers, Edward Billingsley (Emma), Herbert Billingsley (Earlene), Herchel Billingsley (Glenda) and Melvin Billingsley (Louise).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Baptist Church (3405 Co Rd 75, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
