She was predeceased by: her parents, Bunk Porter and Ola Porter; her husband Sterling Lloyd Ray; her siblings, Pauline Liveoak, Irene Smitherman, Lena Pate, Athalee Speight and Clyde Porter; her grandchildren, Michael Harding and Anna Katherine Pinkston; and her great grandchildren, Trae Cobb, Morgan Cobb and Scott Sterling Cobb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Cobb Blalock (John), Norma Kennedy, Judy Heatherly (Rowland) and Sherry Pinkston (Butch). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 20 Great-Grandchildren; Numerous Great, Great-Grandchildren.
