She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Grady Culp and Mary Lucy Andersen Culp; her husband Leo Judson Ousley; her son Larry Willard Headley; and her sisters, Gracie Mae Culp Foshee, Emma Lucille Culp Headley and Annie Delene Culp Wiliams.
She is survived by: her daughter Blanche Dennis; and her daughter-in-law Martha Headley. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren; Seven Great-Grandchildren; Two Great-Great-Grandchildren.
