He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Dale Cantrell, Jr. (Teressa) and Heather Hatfield Boes (Stephen); his wife Priscilla Cantrell; his parents-in-law, David Winslett and Vickki Winslett; his sisters, Amber Osterman, Dusty Cantrell and DeAnna Cantrell; his stepsiblings, Hunter Carroll and Heather Carroll; and his grandfathers, Jimmy Dale Cantrell, Sr. and David O'Haran. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with other family and friends.
