He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mulkey and Jacqueline Hughes; and his wife Laura Mulkey. He is survived by: his children, Angela Stanfield (Jared) and Chris Mulkey; his grandchildren, Amelia Stanfield and Michael Stanfield; and his sisters, Betsy Mulkey, Tina Mulkey and Vicky Mulkey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Martin Funeral Home, Inc. (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery.
