He is survived by: his children, Mike Thomas (Diane) of Clanton, AL and Jennifer Cleckler (Travis) of Clanton, AL. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 14 Great-Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 364 Co Rd 55, Clanton, AL 35046.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Harold's memory to Shriners Children's (formerly Shriners Hospitals for Children), honoring his longtime commitment to the charitable mission of the Shriners.
