He was predeceased by: his mother RosaLee Clark; his significant other Nettie Clark; his father Herman E Clark; and his children, Sherrie Davis and Michael D Clark.

He is survived by: his children, Roger D. Clark and Wanda Clark; and his daughter-in-law Sue Clark. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
