It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Douglas Gore of Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora "Johnnie" Gore and Raymond L. Gore; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Gore and Mary Joyce Gilliland. He is survived by: his wife Pam Gore; his children, Michelle Knight, Teresa Blair (Jim) and Doug Gore (Kim); his grandchildren, Nelson Blair, Forrest Knight, Abbi Gentry (Blake), Alysa Lee and Reid Gore; his great grandchild Rylan Gentry; and his sister Shirley Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
