He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Higgins and Ruth Rollins Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Ladene Higgins of Clanton; his brother Byron Higgins (Debbie) of Clanton; his sister-in-law Ruth Benton of Montgomery; and his sibling's children, Edward, Cameron, Cassie, Tracy, James, Dianne, Brenda, Ali, Abbey and Cael.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Pinedale Assembly of God Church in Clanton.
