She was predeceased by: her parents, W. A. Williams, and Marie Antoinette Kynard Williams, Sr.; her son Michael Lynn Wells; and her siblings, W. A. Williams, Jr. (Dean), John Marvin Williams (Ruby), Douglas Kynard Williams, James Russell Williams and Alma Marie Shirley (Alvis).
She is survived by: her husband Otis L. Wells; her daughter Susan Rene Mims (Dale); her daughter-in-law Susan Wilcox (Gil); her grandchildren, Jared Mims, Shannon Wells Carden (Kent) and Jessica Mims Aders; her great grandchildren, Mason Wells Carden, Morgan Bradley Carden and Liam Michael Aders; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Williams and Betty Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church (5800 Co Rd 37, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
