Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jimmy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parent Louise Kirkland; and his sister Tammy Hackett. He is survived by: his sons, Jace, Aaden, Coven and Emmett; his brother David Kirkland of Clanton; and his caregivers, Aaron and Tracy Ellison of Jemison. He is also survived by sons; and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 364 Co Rd 55, Clanton, AL 35046.
