She was predeceased by: her parents, Chanthong Phouthavanh and Bounthong Noy Phouthavanh. She is survived by: her children, Sony P. Thamdy of Hawaii, Sengtaone Phouthavanh of Alabama, Chamsamone Phouthavanh of Michigan and Tu Khampharasavath of Alabama; and her siblings, Oudon Phouthavanh of Florida, Bounhom Phouthavanh of Laos, Bounpheng Phouthavanh of Laos and Somsack Phouthavaunh of Ohio. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren.
