He is survived by: his wife Ruth Beard Holmes; his sons, Jeff Holmes (Tracy), Andy Holmes and Curt Holmes (Shannon); his grandson Luke Holmes; his children, Josiah and Rebecca; and his friends, Bucky Berrey, Ralph Sullivan, Bo Moody, Jack Sullivan, Lee, Sheila Conway and Duane Bush.
