Mary Ann Hilyer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Hilyer of Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherrill W. Williams and Thelma Lee Martin Williams; her husband Rev. Thomas E. Hilyer; and her sister Sherron Leigh Philyaw. She is survived by: her children, Ramona Vincent (Horace) of Clanton, John Hilyer (Tammy) of Carrollton, TX, Paul Hilyer of Clanton and Matthew Hilyer (Ginger) of Jemison; her grandchildren, Layne Hilyer, Lesly Hamilton, Denise Miller, Shari Semrick, Brad Vincent, Ashlee Hilyer and Harrison Hilyer; her adoptive son Andy Roper of Clanton; and her sister Martha Loveland (Larry) of Helena. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
