He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Patterson (Christi) of Marbury and Eric Patterson (Summer) of Clanton; his grandchildren, Selena Nichole Patterson of Marbury, Brian Mitchell Patterson of Marbury, Alison Ann Bazzell of Clanton and Rodney Eli Patterson of Clanton; and his siblings, Bobbie Jean Powell of Clanton, Karl Wayne Patterson of Clanton, Annette Smitherman of Jemison, Teresa Diane Allred of Clanton and Tammie Denise Smitherman of Clanton.
