He was predeceased by: his brother Robert John VanZandt; and his grandmother Bertha Mae Holcomb. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Jeremiah; his daughters, Michayla Jeremiah, Maeghan Jeremiah and Macey Jeremiah; and his mother Dollie Holcomb Bice.
