He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Dobbs Holcombe and Fred Junior Holcombe; and his brother Douglas Cecil Holcombe. He is survived by: his wife Deleah Stewart Holcombe; his children, Michiel Steven Holcombe, Jr., Jennifer Renee Liveoak and Cherie Holcombe Windham (Robert); his grandchildren, Keith Holcombe, Mackenzie Liveoak, Ethan Liveoak and Draven Windham; and his siblings, Larry Paul Holcombe, David Russell Holcombe, James Fred Holcombe, III, Mona Delores Campbell, Donna Elaine Sanders and Lori Michelle Holcombe.
