She was predeceased by: her parent Verdie Mae King Perry; her husband E. J. Headley; her son Ken Headley; her father Frank Perry; and her siblings, Sara Blackmon, Vivian Bice, Kathleen Davis, Peggy Porter and Frank Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Van Headley (Joyce) of Clanton and Pam Teel (Joseph) of Clanton; her daughter-in-law Lynn Headley of Birmingham; her grandchildren, Justin Headley (Laura), Blake Headley (Christina), Briar Teel (Allison), Dylan Teel (Marlyn) and Joshua Headley (MacKenzie); her great grandchildren, Carson Gore, Madison Headley, Emmett Headley, Ava Headley, Lukas Headley, Evy Ruth Headley and Joseph Emmett "Jet" Teel; and her sister Jo Ann Sims of Maplesville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family respectfully asks that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lomax Assembly of God Children's or Youth Ministry in Clanton.
