He is survived by: his mother Edna Jo Middlebrooks; his wife Sherry Thornton; his children, Haley Cagle (Jonathan) and Drew Edwards (Ashley); and his siblings, Kenny Thornton, Cindy Cleckler (David), Jennifer Sheffield (Keith), Susie Smith (Michael), Darlene Wendell and Sherrie Jones. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and very special friends.
