We announce the death of Ruby Davis Todd of Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 91. Ruby will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Ruby’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevin Davis Todd and Ludie Louise Todd. He is survived by: his son Trabert Todd (Daphne); his grandson Nevin James Todd; and his sister Naomi Cornette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thorsby First Baptist Church (234 Summit St, Thorsby, AL 35171). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
He was a recipient of the Silver Snoopy Award, presented by NASA astronauts, to employees and contractors who make outstanding contributions to human space flight safety and mission success.
