She was predeceased by: her husband John Lucian Zimmerman; her parents, Joseph Gene and Bessie Gore; and her sister Mildred Gore. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Jackson and Steve Zimmerman (Tonya); her grandchildren, Caroline Hilliard (Zac), Christopher Jackson and Luke Zimmerman; and her sister Annie Kate Varden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to your local Humane Society.
