As Sheila departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sheila may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sheila leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Mullins and Audrey Mullins; her sister Patsy Jones; her brother-in-law Donald Jones; and her brother Daniel Mullins.
She is survived by: her husband Hubbard "Hub" Billingsley; her niece Amanda Jones Montgomery (Chris); and her sister-in-law Deborah Mullins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Martin Funeral Home, Inc. (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045).
