Though Sheila may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sheila leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Mullins and Audrey Mullins; her sister Patsy Jones; her brother-in-law Donald Jones; and her brother Daniel Mullins.

She is survived by: her husband Hubbard "Hub" Billingsley; her niece Amanda Jones Montgomery (Chris); and her sister-in-law Deborah Mullins.
