He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie G. Jones and Virginia Nell McGee Watley; and his siblings, Larry G. Jones, Sandra Bollinger and Belinda Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Jones of Clanton; his son Clint Jones of Birmingham; and his sister Donna Massie of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
