He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Dale; and his children, Chris Dale and Mellissa Kilburn. He is survived by: his mother Elder May Foshee (Deborah Sue Dale); his children, Nathan Dale (Michelle), Jamie Dale, Christal Caton (Howard) and Dana Lewis; his grandchildren, Zachary Dale, Kaylee Dale, Katelyn Kilburn, LJ Kilburn, Taylor Lewis, Gannon Dale, Alexis Hilyer, Johnathan Hilyer, Clay Dale and Justin Hernandez; and his pets, Little Man and Zippy. He is also survived by Three Great Grandchildren.
