He was predeceased by: his parents, H. O. Headley and Edwina Culp Headley; and his sisters, Joyce Raney and Gail Williams. He is survived by: his wife Melba Headley; his sons, Jason Headley (Stacie) and Derek Headley (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Gabe Headley, Ben Headley (Gabby), Eli Headley, Abby Headley, Nate Headley, Adah Headley, Isaac Headley and Hunter Headley; and his brother Joe Headley.
