He is survived by: his wife Sara Nell Polk; his daughters, Donna Lenning, Dana Little, Tammy Noline (Stephen) and Ginger Gray (Terry); his grandchildren, Misty Cleckler, Odara Stange (Robbie), Heather Rojas (Candido), Justin Cleckler, Ashley Little, Chris Wylie, Kevin Gray, Trent Gray, Heather Polk, Shane Polk, Chasity Polk, Trinity Polk, Heath Polk and Kayla Williams; his sister Jean Giles; and his former wife Betty Carroll. He is also survived by 12 Great-Grandchildren.
