He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Frazier (Bobby) and JoAnn Norrell Frazier; his wife Melissa Varney Frazier; his sister Genie Frazier Woodard (Jon); his children, Christen Scott (Matthew) and Justin Richey (Beth); his granddaughters, Brooklynn and Bexley; and his pets, Gypsi Rose, Henry Joseph and Baxter Bradley. He was also cherished by uncle, cousins.
