She was predeceased by: her parents, L. B. Denney and Angie Pearl Wheeles Denney; and her siblings, Wayne Denney and Joyce Brannock. She is survived by: her husband Harold Humphrey; her children, James Eric Spivey (Carolyn) of Ashland and Angie Lee VanHerwyn (Ron) of Mackenzie; and her sister Sheila Harbin of Ashland. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
