She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Adams and Esther Adams (Baxley); her husband Cody Helms, Jr.; and her brother Tyrone Adams. She is survived by: her children, David Helms (Sherry), Cody Helms (Sharon), John Helms (Barbara) and Sandra Taylor (Keith); her grandchildren, Adam Helms (Lacey), Clay Helms (Bonnie), Mark Helms (Bryan Holten), Daniel Helms (Randa), Chip Taylor (Alyson), Luke Taylor (Ryan) and Price Hyers (Josh); her great grandchildren, Axel Helms, Gracie Helms, Stella Helms, Heidi Helms, Louise Taylor, Maddie Hyers, Jackson Hyers, Dani Helms, Charleigh Taylor, Bishop Helms, Summer Hyers and Mac Taylor; and her sisters, Delores Creel, Olivia Robertson and Becky Taylor.
