We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 74, Johnny Leroy Canfield of Clayton, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Ralph and Laura Leota McKitrick Canfield; and his siblings, William James Canfield and Janet Louise McCoy. He is survived by : his wife Stephanie Eline Parsons Canfield; his children, Michael Wayne Canfield (Leslie) of Ozark, Shaun David Canfield (Nadine) of Eufaula, Alabama and Stephanie Angelena Canfield (Jarrod Jenks) of Waterford, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Rebecca, Jonathon, Benjamin, Chase, Nicholas, Joel, Sophie, Reid and Samuel. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the VFW Auxiliary c/o Peggy Messer- 1556 N. Eufaula Ave. Eufaula, Alabama 36027.
