He was predeceased by: his parents, Remus Albert and Bonnie Kate Hartzog Griffin; his wife Becke Mitchell Griffin; his brothers, Rothel Griffin and Wayne Griffin; his brother-in-law Howard White; and his niece Donna White.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracee Ellsworth (Jeff) of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his grandson Connor Ellsworth of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his sister Katie White of Prattville, Alabama; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Griffin of Clayton, Alabama and DeeDee Griffin of Clayton, Alabama.
