He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rivers; his children, Cindy Burgoyne, Tammy Wallace, Deana Rivers and Stormy Rivers (Melissa); his stepchildren, Chris Dasinger (Amanda) and Dana Railey (Darcy); and his siblings, Roxanne Buscemi and Terry Rivers (Juanita). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
