He was predeceased by: his niece Megan Langley Pike; and his parents-in-law, Rev. Horace and Geraldine Howell. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Howell McCullough of Coaling, AL; his sons, Kevin (Angela) of Cottondale, AL and Adam (Lindsey) of McCalla, AL; his parents, Rev. James McCullough and Lois McCullough of Winfield, AL; his siblings, David (Lawanna) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Lisa Langley (Tommy) of Guin, AL and Dianne Richards (David) of Winfield, AL; and his grandchildren, Harrison, Hartley, Harper, Riley and Chloe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
