He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Simpson Sr. and Autress Elean Christian Simpson; and his siblings, Dorothy Lewis and Jerry Earnest Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Simpson; his children, Mallory Adams (Randy) and Michael Mullenix (Candy); his niece Amanda Lewis; his grandchildren, Skylar Mullenix, Zachary May, Avery Mullenix, Lawless Adams, Benjamin Adams and Jordyn Mullenix; his friends, Edward Brannon, Tim Hill and Randy Colburn; his cousins, Gail Davis and Bob Davis; and his caregivers, Alli, Michelle and Rheagan.
