She was predeceased by: her father Willie Grady Guy; her sons, Jonathan Shepherd and Jimmy Shepherd; and her grandson Jarrett Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Willie L. Andrews; her mother Erika Guy; her children, Michael Andrews, Renee'Shepherd, Denee Shepherd Gates (Jerimie), Courtney Shepherd and Nikki Smith (Scott); her siblings, Larry Guy, Jesse Guy, Greg Guy (Irene), Rebecca Edwards, Carol Peak (Gil), Cheryl Sides and Angie Culbertson (Miles); and her grandchildren, Justin Shepherd, Sydney Gates, Laken Gates, Brooke Gates, Brantley Anderson, Amber Skelton and Heath Skelton. She is also survived by Six great-grandchildren.
