He is survived by: his children, Theresa Ballard, Christina Pritchett, Stacey Foster, Logan Mark Mullins and John Mullins; his siblings, Evelyn Harris, Arlene Sharpe, Douglas Mullins and Henry Mullins; and his grandchildren, Renee, Brandon, Amanda, Cindy, Tiffany, Patricia, Logan, Luke, Erica, Nate, Austin and Savannah.
