He is survived by: his wife Susette Lawrence Johnston; his sons, Ricky Johnston (Julie) and Mike Johnston (Vonda); his stepchildren, Seth Moore and Sarah Price (Ross); his brother Milton Johnston (Carole); and his granddaughter Harper Price. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
