He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Miller and Peggy Sanders; his stepfather Murray Sanders; his stepbrothers, Bobby Sanders and Terry Canty; his niece Shelby Lynn Strickland; his nephew Hunter Canty; and his grandparents, Willie Belle, Lee Smitherman, Will and Bessie Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Marti Sellers (Casey) and Justin Smalley; his grandchildren, Gunner and Harlan Gilmore; his sisters, Tracy Fulks (Jeff), Rhonda Strickland (Ross) and Michelle Latham; his stepmother Sue Miller; his sister Julia Bush; and his sister-in-law Carol Sanders.
